Issuance of a Royal Decree Granting the Company a Class One License

A Royal Decree (2025/40) has been issued granting Satellite Communications Technologies Company a Class One license to provide fixed public telecommunications services in Oman.

We are pleased to announce the issuance of Royal Decree No. (40/2025), which grants Satellite Communications Technologies Company a Class One license to establish and operate a satellite communications system, as well as to provide fixed public telecommunications services within the Sultanate of Oman.

This achievement marks an important milestone in the company’s journey toward enhancing the digital infrastructure in the Sultanate and represents direct support for Oman’s Digital Vision and the realization of national digital transformation goals.
