The Committee On Foreign
Investments In The United States Has Approved
Spacequest Acquisition
2020-11-26 The Committee on Foreign
Investments in the United States (CFIUS) has
determined that there are no unresolved national
securities concerns with AAC Clyde Space
acquiring SpaceQuest Ltd. AAC Clyde Space will
now initiate the closing process which is
expected to be finalised during December 2020. AAC Clyde Space announced
on October 15 that it had reached an agreement
to acquire 100 % of the shares in SpaceQuest Ltd
in an all shares deal, subject to approval by
CFIUS.
