Elara Comunicaciones Deploys iDirect's Software

iDirect announced that Elara Comunicaciones, a Mexico-based satellite service provider, has purchased iDirect's SatManage network management system. With SatManage, Elara can offer more powerful network monitoring functionality for its customers, giving them higher visibility into network performance.

Through SatManage, Elara gives end users the ability to monitor their own remotes directly through an easy-to-use, Web-based graphic interface. With more than 2,000 active remotes serving a wide range of verticals, including mining, oil and gas, and maritime, Elara required a network management solution that could offer all its customers quick and comprehensive insight into their network operations. SatManage helps Elara increase customer retention and acquisition by reducing issue response time and freeing the company to invest in more value-added services for customers.
