ASC Signal Innovative 3.9 Meter Antenna Now Ka-band Compliant

ASC Signal Corporation, announces that its 3.9 Meter F-1 Trifold® Transportable antenna is now completely compatible with Ka-band and available to customers around the world.

This innovative antenna offers an array of revolutionary features, most notably its Ka-band capability. It also has an innovative patent pending dual Azimuth drive high accuracy tracking capability.

Building upon its proven product heritage and industry-leading transportable designs, ASC Signal has expanded its Trifold line to include a 3.9 meter antenna with Ka-band operation and tracking capability, which allows for quick, one-person deployment in less than 60 minutes. In addition to supporting applications in C, X, Ku, K, (and now Ka-band including Military bands), this product continues to offer ASC Signal’s proven superior product performance. It is available with industry-proven tracking and non-tracking controllers, and includes a broad range of adjustment for horizon-to-horizon satellite views from any worldwide location.

This new antenna is cost-effective, and available in modular low profile designs that are C130 transportable, with a wide variety of tracking configurations including Auto Acquisition, which provide generous and strategic integrated equipment mounting space. Low PIM versions are also available.

This antenna also offers the advanced Trifold® reflector, which is cut from a single piece of precision spun aluminum. With easily interchangeable feeds, as well as dual skin reflectors for superior rigidity and lower RMS, this antenna provides industry-proven tracking and non-tracking controllers.

This antenna is now shipping for strategic government and military applications. ASC Signal is working through customers for DSCS & ARSTRAT Certifications. Type Acceptance is planned.
